Ingredients
-
1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tablespoons Texan Heartland Roasted Onion & Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce
-
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
-
Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut into 8 strips.
Form knots: Tie each strip into a loose knot and place on the baking sheet.
Mix garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Texan Heartland Roasted Onion & Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce.
Brush before baking: Brush half of the mixture over the knots before baking.
Bake the knots: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
Finish with flavor: Remove from oven, brush with remaining Reaper garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Serve with caution: Serve warm — but proceed with caution, they pack serious heat!
Recipe Note
For even more indulgence, serve these knots with a side of marinara or ranch. Just don’t forget — the Reaper burn lingers, so pair with a cool dip to balance the fire.
