1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded purple cabbage

1 medium carrot, shredded

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 avocado, sliced

8 small flour or corn tortillas, warmed

2 tbsp sour cream or Mexican crema

Juice of 1 lime

Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, Texan Heartland Caribbean Pineapple Hot Sauce, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Make the Slaw: In a separate bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
