Refund & Exchange Policy
At Texan Heartland, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please review our updated policies for food and non-food items:
Food Items
- Exchanges or Refunds: We can only issue exchanges or refunds for unopened food items in their original condition. These items must be returned to us for processing within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Process: Contact us at Hello@TexanHeartland.com within 30 days of purchase. Provide your order number and reason for the return. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Non-Refundable Items: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used food products unless they are damaged or defective.
Non-Food Items (Apparel, Hot Sauce Holsters, etc.)
- Refunds for Defects: If a non-food item is damaged or defective, we’ll issue a refund after verifying the damage. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide evidence, such as photos.
- Returns for Unused Items: Unused non-food items in their original condition can be returned for a refund. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Return Process: Contact us at Hello@TexanHeartland.com with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will advise you of our decision to issue the refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Additional Information
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied to your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an unopened food product or unused non-food item, contact us and we’ll work with you to ensure you receive the correct item.
