This Spicy Coconut Pineapple Brie Puff Pastry is a beautiful balance of sweet, spicy, and creamy. Flaky golden pastry wraps around warm, gooey brie, topped with a glossy glaze made from our Coconut Pineapple Habanero Jam. The tropical sweetness and subtle heat transform this crowd-pleasing appetizer into something extraordinary — perfect for gatherings, holidays, or anytime you want to impress.

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

½ cup Texan Heartland Coconut Pineapple Habanero Jam

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tbsp water

Fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish

Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the pastry: Roll puff pastry slightly on a floured surface to smooth it out. Place brie in the center.
Top with jam: Spoon ¼ cup of the Texan Heartland Coconut Pineapple Habanero Jam on top of the brie.
Wrap: Fold pastry edges up and over the brie, sealing well. Flip over onto baking sheet, seam side down.
Egg wash: Beat egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush pastry evenly.
Bake: Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Glaze & serve: Warm remaining jam until pourable. Drizzle over baked brie, garnish with thyme or parsley, and serve with crackers or bread.
