Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Texan Heartland Roasted Onion & Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut into 8 strips.
- Form knots: Tie each strip into a loose knot and place on the baking sheet.
- Mix garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Texan Heartland Roasted Onion & Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce.
- Brush before baking: Brush half of the mixture over the knots before baking.
- Bake the knots: Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
