2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
-
2 cups baby spinach or bok choy
-
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
-

Directions
Sauté aromatics – Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and onion; sauté until fragrant and lightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
Build the broth – Stir in miso paste and cook for 1 minute. Add broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.
Add mushrooms and heat – Add mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in Texan Heartland Roasted Onion & Garlic Reaper Hot Sauce for bold flavor and heat.
Cook noodles – Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and divide into serving bowls.
Add greens – Add spinach or bok choy to the broth and simmer until just wilted, about 2 minutes.
Assemble the ramen – Ladle broth and vegetables over noodles. Top with soft-boiled egg halves.
Garnish and serve – Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and nori if desired. Serve immediately.
Recipe Note
For an even deeper flavor, roast the garlic cloves whole until caramelized before adding to the broth. The sweetness will balance the fiery Reaper heat and create a rich, layered ramen experience.
