These Fiery Raspberry BBQ Ribs deliver tender, fall-off-the-bone pork glazed with Texan Heartland Cinnamon Raspberry Habanero Jam. The sweet raspberries and warm cinnamon blend with smoky habanero heat, creating a finger-licking glaze that’s both bold and unforgettable. Perfect for summer cookouts, game days, or any time you want to bring serious flavor to the table.
Ingredients
-
2 racks baby back ribs (about 4–5 lbs total)
-
2 tsp kosher salt
-
2 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 cup Texan Heartland Cinnamon Raspberry Habanero Jam
-
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven: Set oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Prep ribs: Remove membrane from back of ribs. Mix salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder; rub over both racks.
Bake covered: Place ribs on foil-lined sheet, cover tightly with foil, and bake 2–2½ hours, until tender.
Make glaze: In a small saucepan, combine Texan Heartland Cinnamon Raspberry Habanero Jam, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer 5–7 minutes, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Glaze & finish: Remove ribs from oven, discard foil, and brush generously with glaze. Broil 3–4 minutes or grill briefly until caramelized.
Serve: Slice into individual ribs, drizzle with extra glaze, and enjoy!
Recipe Note
For even deeper flavor, prepare the ribs the night before and let them sit in the dry rub overnight. When ready to serve, warm extra glaze and serve on the side for dipping.
