Ingredients
For the Crust
-
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
-
¼ cup granulated sugar
-
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
-
16 oz cream cheese, softened
-
½ cup granulated sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Swirl
Directions
Preheat oven: Set to 325°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Make crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 minutes, then cool slightly.
Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until creamy.
Assemble: Pour cheesecake batter over crust. Drop spoonfuls of Texan Heartland Raspberry Habanero Jam across the top. Use a knife to gently swirl jam into batter, creating a marbled effect.
Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, until center is just set. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Cut & serve: Slice into bars and serve chilled
Recipe Note
For a gourmet finish, dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving or add a drizzle of melted white chocolate. The creamy sweetness balances the bold kick from the jam.
