Ingredients
For the Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Swirl
- ½ cup Texan Heartland Cinnamon Raspberry Habanero Hot Jam
Directions
- Preheat oven: Set to 325°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Make crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 minutes, then cool slightly.
- Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until creamy.
- Assemble: Pour cheesecake batter over crust. Drop spoonfuls of Texan Heartland Raspberry Habanero Hot Jam across the top. Use a knife to gently swirl jam into batter, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes, until center is just set. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
