Juicy pork tenderloin gets a sweet-heat makeover with Texan Heartland’s Honey Ginger Mango Habanero Hot Sauce. The sauce’s tropical mango sweetness, balanced by warm ginger and fiery habanero, creates a sticky glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven. It’s a refined yet easy dish that brings Texan flair to the dinner table.
Ingredients
-
1½ lbs pork tenderloin
-
½ cup Texan Heartland Honey Ginger Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
-
Lime wedges, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven: Heat to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.
Prepare marinade: In a bowl, whisk together Texan Heartland Honey Ginger Mango Habanero Hot Sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
Marinate pork: Place pork tenderloin in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over, and let sit at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
Sear pork: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear tenderloin on all sides until golden brown.
Roast: Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest and serve: Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges. Serve with roasted vegetables or citrus slaw.
Recipe Note
Brush extra sauce over the tenderloin during the last 5 minutes of roasting to create a caramelized glaze that locks in flavor.
