Louise I marinaded some ribeyes over night using the Green Chile Chimichurri Marinade and this marinade made this one of the best flavored steaks that I have ever tasted. I’m sold on this marinade. I’ll be trying this on some skirt steak next.

Anonymous Just the marinade I have been looking for to make beef or elk jerky. My wife loves the flavor. Nice and spicey but not too much heat. Great marinade for pork chops on the grill. Love this product.

Rob Bayman This lemon garlic & mustard sauce is so flexible... we love it as a glaze on salmon! To take care of the left-over salmon (there wasn'tmuch), we cumbled upthe left-over salmon on a bed of angel hair pasta and added more of this tangy sauce to the pasta - what a great dish! It tastes like springtime in a bowl.
